INGREDIENTS (per person)
1 row of chocolate per person (dark chocolate – good stuff, not Cadbury’s crap)
1 egg white
1 tbsp white sugar
25 ml cream
Add sugar to egg white and beat until stiff.
Whip cream but leave it a bit soft – not until the cream is hard (meh, Belgian instructions!!)
Add egg white to chocolate and fold (don’t stir).
Add cream to chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate for several hours to stiffen.
If not, blame Ann-Sofie (the Belgian)!
